Zenit E 35mm SLR Film Camera with Helios 44-2 58mm f/2 Lens – Film Tested & Working
A superb example of the classic Soviet-made Zenit E 35mm SLR film camera, complete with the highly regarded Helios 44-2 58mm f/2 lens and original leather carrying case.
Introduced in 1965, the Zenit E is a fully mechanical SLR camera featuring manual exposure controls, a built-in selenium light meter and a robust metal construction.
The accompanying Helios 44-2 lens is particularly popular among photographers for its distinctive vintage rendering, attractive background blur and characteristic swirling bokeh.
Condition:
Film tested and fully working, with the camera in excellent vintage cosmetic condition.
The built-in selenium light meter has been tested and is working.
The viewfinder is in good condition, although there is a visible line running down the centre. This has been noted for accuracy and should be taken into consideration when purchasing.
