At Vintage Deals UK, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items.

Returns Window

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Returned with all included accessories and parts

  • Securely packaged to avoid damage in transit

Return Postage

  • The buyer is responsible for return postage

  • If an item is faulty or not as described, we will cover the return cost

Faulty or Incorrect Items

All cameras are professionally tested before dispatch. However, if your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue quickly.

Vintage Items

Please note that many of our products are vintage and may show signs of cosmetic wear due to age. This does not affect functionality and is not considered a fault unless stated otherwise.

Spares or Repair Items

Items sold as “faulty”, “spares”, or “repair” are non-functional and are sold as described. These items may not be eligible for return unless they are not as described in the listing.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2 working days to your original payment method.
