Voigtländer Bessa Vintage 1930's Folding Bellows Camera & Case - Not Working

In excellent cosmetic condition. Aperture blades seems to be stuck and it does not fire, may be an easy fix, but selling as spares or repair. Would make a brilliant display camera.
