In fair to good vintage condition with obvious signs of age and use (please see photos). Not tested as the battery is now obsolete and would need to be converted to fit a modern battery it you wanted to use it.
Daimon was founded by Paul Schmidt, who pioneered dry-cell battery technology in Germany. The company began producing batteries, bulbs and torches in the early 1900s and became one of Europe's best-known flashlight manufacturers. The Contact range was aimed primarily at the civilian market, although similar Daimon torches also saw industrial and military use during the same period.
