Vintage Petri FT 35mm SLR film camera supplied with a Petri 55mm f/2 standard lens.
Introduced in 1966, the Petri FT is a Japanese manual-focus SLR featuring the proprietary Petri bayonet mount, TTL light metering and a mechanical focal-plane shutter.
This example has been film tested and is fully working.
The camera and lens are in very good cosmetic condition, with only light signs of age and previous use.
There is some dust visible in the viewfinder. This does not affect the photographs themselves, although it is visible when composing through the finder.
The 55mm f/2 lens has some very light fungus on the front element. This is light and does not affect the final images.
The built-in light meter is working and has a new battery fitted.
The focusing and aperture controls are working correctly, and the camera uses readily available standard 35mm / 135 film.
The shutter is mechanically operated, with the battery used for the light meter.
No film is included.
