Vintage Meopta Admira 8F Standard 8mm cine camera, made in Czechoslovakia and dating from approximately 1960–1964.
The Admira 8F is a traditional clockwork cine camera featuring a Meopta Mirar 12.5mm f/2.8 lens, built-in photoelectric exposure meter and spring-driven film transport.
This example is in good vintage cosmetic condition, with signs of age and previous use consistent with a camera of this period.
The camera is untested. Due to its age and the fact that its operation has not been verified, it should be assumed not to be working and is being sold accordingly. No guarantee is made regarding the shutter, clockwork motor, exposure meter or other mechanical functions.
It comes with its original carrying case and original instruction manual.
The Admira 8F uses Standard 8 / Double 8 film, loaded on 25-foot double-run spools. It is not a Super 8 camera.
The camera uses a mechanical clockwork spring motor and does not require batteries for operation.
Ideal for restoration, parts, display, props or a vintage cine-camera collection.
No film is included.
