Vintage Kodak Brownie Cresta 3 medium-format film camera, made in England and dating from approximately 1960–1965.
This example has been tested and is working correctly.
The camera is in good vintage cosmetic condition, with some normal signs of age and previous use.
It is supplied with its original instruction booklet, which is a nice addition for a collector or anyone wanting to use the camera.
The Brownie Cresta 3 uses readily available 120 roll film and produces large 6 × 6cm square negatives, giving approximately 12 photographs from a standard roll.
It features a simple Dakon f/11 fixed-focus lens, two aperture settings and a built-in sliding close-up lens for photographing subjects at shorter distances.
The camera has a straightforward single-speed mechanical shutter of approximately 1/40 second, making it a simple and characteristic snapshot camera of the early 1960s.
The camera is entirely mechanical and does not require batteries.
A good usable example of the final model in Kodak's British-made Brownie Cresta series.
No film is included.
