Vintage Cosmic 35 35mm film camera, made in the USSR and dating from approximately the 1960s.
The Cosmic 35 is the export version of the Soviet Smena 8 and features a T-43 40mm f/4 lens, manual focusing and fully manual exposure controls.
This example is in very good cosmetic condition, presenting particularly well for its age.
Unfortunately, the shutter blades have seized and the shutter is not operating correctly, so the camera is being sold as SPARES OR REPAIR.
Because of the shutter fault, the camera has not been described as working and no guarantee is made regarding its suitability for photography without repair.
Cosmetically, however, it remains a very attractive vintage camera and would make an excellent display piece, prop or addition to a vintage camera collection.
The original carrying case is included.
The Cosmic 35 uses standard 35mm / 135 film and is completely mechanical, so no batteries are required.
No film is included.
