Chinon HandyZoom 5001 35mm Film Camera 35-70mm Zoom Tested Working
MAIN DESCRIPTION
Chinon HandyZoom 5001 autofocus 35mm compact film camera, dating from around 1989.
Fitted with a Chinon AF Zoom 35-70mm f/3.7-6.8 lens, giving a useful range from moderate wide angle through to short telephoto. Features autofocus, automatic exposure, automatic film advance and rewind, built-in flash and Chinon's unusual automatic zoom composition system.
The camera has been tested and is working correctly.
It is in good overall condition for its age with normal signs of previous use, including some light scratches to the body. Please see photographs for the exact cosmetic condition.
The HandyZoom 5001 was one of Chinon's more advanced late-1980s compact cameras and offers a distinctive alternative to the more common Canon, Olympus and Pentax autofocus compacts of the period.
Requires 1 × 2CR5 6V lithium battery.
No film included.
