The JVC RM-V712U is an original remote control made for certain JVC MiniDV camcorders. It’s a full-function remote that allows playback control, zooming, recording start/stop, and accessing special effects from a distance.

Uses one CR2025 lithium coin cell (not included)

Notes:
Not all JVC camcorders respond to every remote button; functionality depends on the model.
It’s an infrared remote, so it requires line-of-sight to the camcorder’s IR sensor.
If your camcorder doesn’t respond, make sure the remote is set to the correct “VCR/Camera” mode
