The lens, viewfinder and general optical areas are clear and clean.

The camera winds correctly and the mechanical shutter fires.

Please note that the built-in light meter is not working. A new battery has been fitted and the meter remains unresponsive, so the light meter should be considered faulty.

This does not prevent the camera from being used. The shutter is mechanical and operates independently of the meter, so exposure can be set manually using a separate handheld light meter or light-meter app.

Key Specifications:

• Standard 35mm / 135 film
• M42 screw lens mount
• Mamiya/Sekor 50mm f/2 lens
• 6-element, 4-group lens construction
• Approx. 0.46m minimum focusing distance
• Manual focusing
• Fully manual exposure
• Mechanical focal-plane shutter
• Shutter speeds from 1 second to 1/500 second plus Bulb
• TTL CdS spot exposure meter
• ASA 25–800 film-speed range
• Electronic flash synchronisation at 1/60 second
• Manual film advance and rewind
• Mechanical shutter does not require a battery
• Made in Japan

A new battery has been fitted for testing the meter, but the meter does not respond.

The camera has not been film tested, so photographic results cannot be guaranteed.

Film Required: Standard 35mm / 135 film.

No film is included.
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0959/4673/5948/files/e3e00807-55a7-414b-b824-c47720f1e982.jpg?v=1790424304
https://vintagedeals.uk/products/mamiya-sekor-500tl-35mm-film-camera-50mm-f-2-lens-winds-fires-faulty-meter
